We haven't published a verdict yet. When we do, these are the rules it will have been produced under — written down first, so they can be checked against later.
We buy what we test
Every unit purchased at retail, at full price, anonymously. No press samples, because a unit chosen by a manufacturer isn't the unit that arrives at your door.
The method is public first
Test protocols and pass thresholds get published before testing begins, so a standard can never be adjusted afterwards to fit a result we'd have preferred.
Manufacturers can't pay us
No advertising, sponsorship, or commission from any company whose products we test. How we are funded will be stated on the site in plain language, always.
The work
